Lorissa's Greek Salad


Ingredients:
-1 cup of tomatoes
-1 cup of cucumbers
-1/3 cup olives
-1/3 cup Feta cheese
-1/4 real bacon bits or fried bacon crumbled
-dressing (I use Greek Feta and Oregano dressing)

Directions:
Cut tomatoes into wedges (than cut wedges in half). Cut cucumber in half and than slice. Mix all five ingredients with dressing. Enjoy.

Optional ingredients:
-slices of red onions
-1/2 cup of green peppers
-2 cups of lettuce. Lay lettuce on plate and dump the other ingredients on top.
